By integrating somatic practices, movement, and psychological insight, I support you in shifting from reactivity to awareness, and from overwhelm to steadiness. Together, we create space for deep processing so you can respond with clarity, feel more grounded, and begin to feel at home within yourself.
This is a somatic, integrative approach that honors both mind and body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we explore how your experiences are stored in the nervous system and expressed physically.
